Guavaberry is a liquor made from the guava berry plant which is grown in Central and South America and other Caribbean islands including the Virgin Islands.
Guavaberries are grown in small quantities and ripen at different times during the year. They come in a variety of colors. They are very rare and are sought out during the holiday season for the preparation of guavaberry tart and guavaberry liquor
